CommFT Sponsors The Experiment

After conferring with team leaders, Community Fortress has decided to sponsor the newly-formed ESEA-Invite S9 team The Experiment. We will be providing them with a top-notch 1000FPS server from EOReality and covering their league fees for this coming season of ESEA-I. Given the talent of the players and the experience of the roster as a whole, we know that they will succeed throughout this season and we hope that they will benefit from our support.

The starting roster of the team is as follows:

dummy
PYYYOUR
Reptile
justin
ww-
TLR

Be sure to give these guys your support and we will keep everyone updated on their progress.

Remember, if you're interested in watching their first match Monday night, you can watch it on SourceTV, on eXtv, or you can listen to Schetter's audio cast. See the posts below for more details.

As I was going down the lineup, I got more exhilarated until I reached the end. Then I wanted an equalizer replacement shaped like the ESEA First Place trophy. I couldn't stop laughing after I saw it in my head :

This made my day.

#14 b4nny 2011-06-27 18:22 I think experiment should promote CommFT now that this has happened.

#13 warclowd 2011-06-27 18:13 sick game between these two teams.

can't wait to watch this season as a player, and as a fan.

#12 Graham 2011-06-27 14:54 Hahaha. I eXpected you to eXpress that opinion.

+2 #11 eXtine 2011-06-27 13:22 I'd be down for helping the team run a LAN Fundraiser.

Would be awesome.

Would also be awesome if they changed their name to The eXperiment. I didn't wanna press the issue before, and spelled their team name as written, but now it seems only fitting.

+1 #9 2thumbs 2011-06-27 10:39 Mustard said he'd sell all his unusuals to sponsor LAN. I heard it. Serious business.

#8 Graham 2011-06-27 08:10 Quoting mustardoverlord :
if you opened up a SEND THE EXPERIMENT TO LAN fundraiser, I guarantee you'd get at least a couple hundred bucks (way more than for highlander ;D)

That's definitely a possibility, mustard, and a great idea. Stay tuned to our front page for updates on our thought process on the issue of LAN funding; we'll definitely keep the community in the loop on our plans.
