Hostile Takeover

All eyes are on Hostile Faction as their roster remains uneventful compared to their weekly roster changes from last season. Everyone is looking at Aaronlol as the weak link that will eventually get replaced on the roster. But the truth is, he won't. There are absolutely NO good medics on the market (unless Grieve makes a midseason comeback). Here are the medics on the current top 5 teams in open: Aaronlol, ehfk, djfivenine, st.patrick, rayy. Aside from st.patrick, this is a who's who of former benchwarmers for mid open teams.

The player we all should keep our eyes on to be benched is Vhalin. He has bottomfragged during all 4 matches and continue to maintain very low stats with a pedestrian 1:1 kill death ratio. It is almost like Mark McGuire getting off roids and deciding to try to bat for average. Actually, it is exactly like that. Vhalin is trying to play a honest game this season, which could easily lead him to the HF bench. At this point, tehoreoz is the better scout and should be starting over vhalin.

Playing with Dynamite

Tick tock tick tock. Anyone else get the feeling that this Dynamic team is going blow up all the sudden? Drone emos out of the Our World Now team and gets the crazy idea of putting together a group of slightly interested invite players to make an open team. This is going to be a team that hopes to never scrim and still make it to the championship match. This might be possible during other seasons, but not during a season with viaduct plus 3 completely new cp maps. Expect this team to lose often to teams that are less skilled than they are.

You see the explosion likely to happen now that REP decided to jump from one sinking ship onto another, albeit, sexier looking sinking ship. Sad to say that I hope Area 51 STEALS a match from AG to stay away from going 0-16.

So who do you replace REP with? How about someone so rusty at tf2 that you can smell the mid/low from a mile away? Oh hey Technasty, didn't see you there. Sorry you couldn't carry a horrible team to even one point in open.

Taking care of business

The open division is ran by scouts and Vicious Gaming has the best scout duo in open by a good mile. If the soldiers and demo can keep their medic safe, I believe this team will be your season 6 champions. At this point, Hostile Faction and coolstory are the only two teams standing in their way.

Which one of these undefeated teams is not like the other? Hostile Faction, Vicious Gaming, Apoplexy Industries, Have Fun, Coolstory.

AI - 9-7 team at best. Don't kid yourselves. No one on that team will be able to handle top open players.
