You may have noticed a certain Highlander tournmant going down in these here parts, and you may have noticed that the competition is getting intense. As we head into Week 5 of the tournament, teams are preparing themselves for an all-time classic TF2 deathbox of choice: cp_granary.

The NA upper brackets are nearing completion as Oedipus and the Motherfuckers prepare to take on Lonely Hearts in a battle of NA Highlander Titians. Both teams have veteran 6s players and sky-high skill. The winner of that match-up goes on to face the winner of Kawaii Explosion versus Performance Enhanced for the right to take on the winner of the lower brackets (where my brave and dedicated team of unicorns struggles against the mighty likes of Mac n' Cheese), where upcoming match-ups Death Marked Soldiers versus Axl's A+ Team and Never Ready versus the (possibly blessed) Mercenaries are fit to take on some stiff competition. DMS kicked my team into the lower bracket, and we couldn't have been curb-stomped by nicer gents. eXtelevision did a streaming cast of one upper bracket match, but we're hungry for more, more, more. Come on, eXtv, eye on the ball here!
On the Euro side of the pond, the winners of 8 Mates and the Ginger versus SNSD and Combat Folk versus Public Power are set to lock down the upper bracket against possible lower bracket contenders Turbopoop E-Sports and OOC Team. TF2TV has cast two matches, but we'd like to see more coverage. Come on TF2TV, show us the goods!
