Well we all hear it, twl is the underdog league, the bottom fragers, the low/mid teams all bundled up into one big ball of joy. I’ve come to understand that if you look through the cracks in twl you’ll find not only that some great teams exist within the walls of rosters but decent teams from other leagues are also spotted amongst them. Hopefully with the further publication of twl and it’s events we can help to bring the shine back into that rusty old piece of metal.
I feel like twl’s completely justified errors during the start of this season have tarnished the reputation of twl teams in general, not to mention upper class players seem to look down upon them with a frown. However I feel like people should keep in mind that some of the teams in this league are fierce, and worthy of a second glance, most teams start somewhere and ignoring the rise to power of lower teams may come back to bite you.
Here’s the standings:
Division 1 Standings:
1. TONY HAWKS PRO SKATERS - THPS (5-0)
2. Incestual Princess - iP / (4-1)
3. immigration enforcement - la migra (3-2)
4. Divided by Zer0 - 1/0 (2-1)
5. Clam Bake - .clam (2-3)
As most people expect, or most people that follow the rosters in twl, THPS is in the bold big clear, and with their match this week against immigration enforcement a team that’s had problems fostering a full win of 6 points in a match against lower seed 5’s clam bake the field seems rocky, however who knows, maybe they are just what is needed to make a dent in the armor of THPS.
Division 2 Standings:

3. Misfits! - MF! (5-1)
4. Magnolia Thunderkitty - =^..^= (3-2)
5. Fallback - <-- (3-2)
In division two we have a much larger pool of equality amongst the top 5 roster rounding out similar scores between top 3 contenders, clearly the playoffs in this division will be among the closest we may see, however we will have to see how the rest of the season shapes out for these top 5 teams as common strongpoint maps granary, and badlands come into play, as well as a possible return to gullywash.
Division 3 Standings:

2. Condemned TF2 - -(C²)- (4-1)
3. Shocker Syndicate - ssyn. (4-1)
4. A¢£ - A¢£| (4-1)
5. Team.momenTum - mTm. (4-1)
Again we find the final teams ramping up to be similar in score, ironically despite the 27 teams in this one division the top seeds aren’t being held by teams who have clearly womped there lower competition as nearly half if not all of the top 5 teams have garnished their scores by playing one another. With ssyn. going up against A¢£ this week we will have a clearer perspective of the standings between these 5 teams.
Division 4 Standings:

2. 4b: Next Level Shit - (5-0)
3. 4a: Inverted Tea House - [iTH] (4-1)
4. 4a: SourceOP Scrim Team - TM. (4-1)
5. 4b: Starstruck - STR (4-1)
Because there are two conferences within the division I posted the subtotal of the overall division 4. Yet again we have a fairly similar score pattern between the top 5 teams. Of which the top two teams have matches with slightly lower seed teams this week that being eC. Vs [] (Voodoo Gaming) and vs Frijoles, maybe these teams will knock them off top slot in time to even the playing field, but with eC. Holding the best Rounds Won too Rounds Lossed score over any team in twl, and right behind them who’s to know what will happen.
On a closing note it will be interesting to see what becomes of twl over the next few seasons as most of the individual teams within the league know the line between divisions is often very blurry as teams from lower divisions can stand against teams in higher divisions and often even win. However the new staff and dedication of the twl league itself should begin to sort through the placement system for most teams to make each division more of fair fight.
