1. Businessmen
Just glancing at the roster, this team appears to have the most experience in higher level play compared to the other teams. Their success will depend on how seriously they take their matches. Assuming they practice and play well, I can see them breezing through this season. If not, then they would probably still be a top 5 team.

2. Incestual Princesses
The princesses have been playing together for a long time and have improved significantly. Infusions is one of the stronger scouts in open and coupled with a very solid demo in Ferret, I can't see many teams who are going to give these guys trouble. They did just pick up a new soldier in SizzlingCalamari, if he can mesh well with the team then they should be good to go.

3. Apocalypse Gaming
After winning CEVO-A last season without losing a single match, AG has finally made the move to ESEA. Fortunately for them, I can't see them having that much harder of a season in Open. They have the DM ability to keep up with all of the teams, however they are going to need to build some team chemistry with their new roster in order to compete with the other top two.

4. Big Nads Gayer Dads
Like the Businessmen, the BNGD roster has a lot of players who have quite a lot of experience and could most likely compete in Intermediate. However they don't scrim and according to Raheem, they're not taking this season too seriously. They have the potential to beat the top three, but I'm not sure if they're going to be able to pull it off without practice. Shoutout to Raheem ;)

5. Intensive Care Unit
ICU has been suffering from some roster issues as of late, but if they can stabilize their roster and start scrimming together, they should make playoffs quite easily. They have a good sniper in Kaleidoscopic which will help them on sniper friendly maps like viaduct.

6. Unrestricted
I don't know much about this team, but I'm pretty sure they're Immigration Enforcement, who have been together for a decent amount of time.

7. Carnal Gaming
Like unR, I don't know much about this team. They did come second place in TWL d2 last season, playing against a lot of other teams who happen to be in open this season.

8. Treason
After constantly changing their roster every 2 weeks, I think Treason has finally stabilized their lineup(hopefully). They have some solid players and as long as they take their season seriously, they should easily make playoffs.

9. Misfits
The Misfits have been together for a very loooooonnnnnnnnnnnng time now. I'm pretty sure they were already a team when I first got into competitive tf2. That being said, they've had plenty of time to build team chemistry but at the same time, I don't think they've grown much since they first formed.

10. Magnolia Thunder Kitty
Although they did win TWL d2 last season, they also lost weeble who in my opinion, really helped them on sniper friendly maps. I also believe they've been having some roster issues lately. If they get all of this sorted out, they'll definitely climb.
